Episode 208 - My Goal Is To Not Be Needed Anymore!

We are all interim pastors and leaders. At some point, we will walk away from our ministry or organization. Today I talk about setting a goal for the end of 2023 that we wouldn't be needed anymore.

Unneeded because we have equipped our team and our people to do ministry and lead without us. Would that not be a great reality? Then we can get started on a new venture, a new ministry, a new project within the church! It doesn't mean we have to leave, but we have to equip our people to lead and do the work!

Right now I can think of some responsibilities that I need to equip others to do... can't you??
