We hear it all the time - What's your why? If you lose your why you'll lose your way. Begin with the why in mind.

Then I was sitting at my desk and looked down and say the book by Simon Sinek, START WITH WHY. And I thought, yeah, I know my why. I know why I am a pastor, and why I think the way I do about church, people, and ministry.
