Episode 201 - Only YOU Can Select and Develop Leaders

The leadership of a church sets the tone, the heart, the culture, and the direction of the church. Tomorrow we'll talk about culture, but today - only you as the lead pastor, or solo pastor, can select and develop leaders in your church.

Others may help you, but you have to direct them, essential do it through them. YOU are responsibility for the selection and development of leaders. Pastors who do not assume both the responsibility and the authority to do that will cause the church to lose impact in its Kingdom work for Jesus.
